Wednesday is Kits beach park, the flat area west side of park, near pool.
Saturday is Sunset beach park, on west side of barrad bridge and right near the outdoor hockey ring.

*note – I tried to run this totally free of charge however the park board has insisted I get a permit and pay for hours & insurance so I’m asking for a small donation to help out

we live in the midle of lady smith and nanaimo, are there any chances of seen you here some time? we will love to chat with you and learn more about you. Please let us know. P.S. And sure to take some yoga too!!!!

hey there! Well I’ve never been out to nanaimo actually – did victoria and sooke last year, would absolutely love to come visit out that way- I know it’s so beautiful there, no plans for time however this year.
I’m on my way back to canada to teach massage in two weeks but i’ll be in saskatoon(wahoo!) hehe and Toronto, then back to LA and the rest of the year in New Zealand and Australia
